Having made the move to Houston herself, Valerie understands what relocation involves: choosing the right neighborhood, learning a new market, and making a new city feel like home. Whether her clients are renting first or ready to buy, she guides them through every step with care and clear communication.

Valerie holds a degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Florida International University, where she graduated summa cum laude. That background helps her listen closely and understand what each client needs. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, and is known for being responsive, attentive, and dedicated to protecting her clients’ interests.
